You can choose to take a studio unfurnished (though you'll still have a sink or shampoo bowl in it) or pick and choose which items you'd like to have. Items subject to availability.

If you choose to go with an Accent Wall, we'll paint it. Contact Carmen to pick the color and designate which wall to paint.

Pick a 4 digit code for your door that is easy for you to remember, but not obvious to others. We'll program it prior to move-in.

In most cases you can move-in 1-2 days prior to your studio start date as long as all fees have been paid and your studio is ready. If you need additional days ahead, please ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.
